CUSTOMER CARE

At The Flower Shop, you can choose between the range of products available, we will then design your required bouquet or service and deliver it to you as per your schedule or you can pick up at the store once our team notifies you.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

In case you've changed your mind on the product, you can choose to return it to the delivery person itself or can return it in the store on the same day as delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the receipt must be available and the product must be undamaged. 

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

We fulfil the delivery orders in house, we allow a scheduled delivery as well, please note a 30 to 60 minute breathing time is to be allowed in case of an unfortunate delay, but beyond the allowed time we will ensure you get the product for free.
